Our Spring/Summer 2017 Collection Is Here!

The new Spring/Summer 2017 Collection

Bryland is a clothing line that recently released its Spring/Summer 2017 collection just in time for the Spring/Summer season. The line is inspired by the vibrant colors and laid back vibe of Harbour Island, with the company being recognized for truly perfecting the polo shirt.

Spring brings new colors to our Polo Shirts

Bryland refined the classic polo shirt by focusing on three things: fit, quality and functionality and this year's resort collection embodies these core attributes. The shirts have an athletic cut and feature slightly shorter collars that transition from day to night. All shirts are made in England using 100% Organic Cotton Pique that is breathable and butter soft. The brand's insignia rooster, "Lord Dunmore," is refined yet playful.

Our collection includes long sleeve polo shirts for Spring/Summer

No expense was spared on the trims and the two real shell buttons are an exquisite touch. But ultimately, it's the inconspicuous and patent-pending secret loop at the bottom of the placketfirmly securing your sunglasseswhich is the standout feature. It's a brilliant piece of engineering, a 21st century touch to a timeless classic.

Each Bryland shirt is carefully constructed; the placket alone takes over 45 minutes to sew. “We stand behind our belief that high quality garments take time to create and our sewers take pride in what they produce, thus ensuring that all of our products are of the highest quality,” said co- founder Nicholas Chatfield.

Bryland is a celebration of color, fine quality materials and well thought out design. In 2010, its three founders embarked on a mission to “perfect the polo shirt" after one of them lost his sunglasses to the sea while sailing around Harbour Island. Frustrated by the lack of well- designed shirts, they decided to create their own multi-functional polo that could be worn at sea or on the beach during the day as well as out to dinner in the evening. With a hypercritical attention to design detail, in addition to the fabric feel and flow, they quickly realized that creating the perfect shirt was going to be more arduous than originally planned. After scouring the globe for the perfect fabric and creating dozens of prototypes, the Bryland polo was born.
